Warehouse Hours: Mon -Fri 8:30am til 4:30pm

Warehouse handling charges includes a visual carton/crate inspection on all inbound freight. This charge is $45.00 for the 1st piece and $5.00 for each additional piece each time there is a delivery. This price is for pieces that do not exceed 500 lbs.

Normally, our warehouse handling does not require us to open each individual carton and inspect its contents. We will accept the item into storage if the carton is not crushed or if there is not any visual damage done to the carton(s). We are not responsible for any concealed freight damage. If you would like us to inspect each carton individually, there is a charge of $10.00 per carton and a charge of $20.00 per wooden crate. To unpack and blanket wrap, there is a charge of $10.00 for each piece. We will open and inspect area rugs but will not unroll and inspect carpets. Additional charges for trash removal may apply.

All inbound freight must be prepaid. We will accept a C.O.D. shipment by writing a check to the carrier and bill you for the amount of the check, plus a 10% administrative charge. The C.O.D. and administrative charge must be paid off in advance of any delivery or pick-up of the item(s). There is a $1,000.00 maximum on check writing and we must be advised at least 48 hours in advance of any shipment.

Storage shall be charge by the month at $3.50 per hundred weight with a $45.00 minimum. If goods are in and out within the same month that the item(s) is received, storage will be waived for those goods for that month.

All goods are valued at .60 cents per pound per article with a $100 deductible. If additional valuation is needed please call our offices at (772) 770-2689.

We do require a deposit to accept inbound freight. This deposit of $1000.00 will be applied to delivery and/or warehouse handling fees.

Warehouse handling out of the warehouse is waived if Mr. Small Move does your delivery. Delivery charges out of the warehouse are as follows:

        One to 5 Items: $75.00 to $200.00             6 Items or More: Hourly Rate Applies

Hourly rate is $75.00 per hour with a 3 Hour minimum (2 hours work plus 1 hour travel would equal the 3 hour minimum)
