I leave clothing/linen in drawers?
Yes. Please do not leave breakables, liquids, spoilable
items, jewelry, books or magazines in the drawers.
What
time do your men arrive?
On most moves in Indian River County, the arrival time is
8:30am. You do need to confirm with our moving company your
particular arrival time. Is
your company Licensed, Insured and Bonded?
Yes. We are licensed to do business in the State of
Florida. We are also licensed through Indian River County.
We carry full Work's Compensation policy. We are bonded through
Western Surety Company. How
and Who do I pay?
All charges must be paid in cash, bank check or teller's check
before the driver delivers or relinquishes possession of the property,
unless prior arrangements are made. We do not accept credit cards.
What
kind of Insurance do I have when I move?
We are not an insurance agency and therefore do not sell
insurance. All moves are released at a valuation of .60 cents per
pound per article. There is a $100 deductible, which is the
shipper's responsibility. If you would like to purchase additional
valuation, the cost is $1.50 per each $100 worth. There is a
minimum sale of $10,000 worth. There is still s $100
deductible. Should you like to purchase insurance you should
contact your insurance carrier or
Baker
International Insurance Agency.
Do
you offer Free Estimates?
Yes. Most estimates are done over the phone. If our
company is doing your packing a visual estimate is recommended. We
offer Hourly rates as well as Guaranteed Flat rates. |
